Greetings from the West, Brothers I hope all is well with you and your loved ones. About two weeks ago I was thinking about my bad back and a broken thumb and feeling kind of down and a thought popped into my head; I concluded that if I put as much thought into the days and weeks that everything feels ok and everything goes well, I could almost feel my self feeling better and looking forward to the next day and week.
Our mind is a strong and important tool and if we start focusing on the good in our lives we can change our future and our loved ones futures for the better. So I leave you with this challenge: for every negative, let’s find two positives and make things better for each one. Try not to get bogged down with all the negatives, be well my Brothers, and may the god of love and peace delight to dwell with you and bless you.
